Job Responsibilities :
Plan, oversee, and lead new product development in consumer electronics, ensuring timely delivery to agreed quality standards and cost
Manage the entire product development cycle, covering hardware and software development, packaging design, testing & qualification, safety regulations, and supply chain
Lead project planning sessions, monitor project progress, and adapt work as required
Ensure projects meet deadlines, overseeing costs, and managing all project documentation
Conduct project reviews, optimizing processes and the overall approach where necessary
Pre-Requisites :
Minimum 10 years of project management experience in project manager, product development, or engineering roles
Degree in Engineering or related discipline
Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel for business
Proficiency in English & Mandarin and PMP certification is an advantage
Experience and knowledge in hardware development, packaging design, software development, testing & qualification, safety regulations, and supply chain are advantageous
