Position Responsibilities:
Support Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, and Science efforts across North American Customer Fulfillment. Improve and enhance the Amazon Fulfillment network to drive customer experience in a reliable and cost-efficient manner by working with stakeholders and analytics partner to improve network execution through the development and application of innovative labor and flow planning mechanisms and techniques. Combine effective program management techniques with analytical knowledge to effectively communicate with, gather feedback from, and deliver for a wide-range of supply chain customers. Collaborate with teams across the Customer Fulfillment supply chain to understand the current and future needs of the business to relentlessly prioritize and deliver the best possible scalable solutions. Continually work closely with both technical and non-technical partners to actively find new opportunities to implement automation into customer fulfillment planning processes.
Position Requirements:
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field and three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master’s degree and three years of experience. Must have three years of experience in the following skills: (1) program management and project management; (2) engaging with stakeholders; (3) using tracking and management methodologies Agile and Lean; and (4) using project management software such as JIRA, ASANA, or equivalent software.
