Production Supervisor

About the Role:
We are hiring a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the manufacturing floor. This role requires strong leadership to ensure machines, manpower, and processes run smoothly, maintaining high-quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
• Monitor machine operations, safety protocols, and workflow efficiency.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
• Train and guide operators, technicians, and junior staff.
• Maintain production reports and coordinate with other departments.
• Troubleshoot operational problems and implement improvements.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in production supervision.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety regulations.
• Ability to lead teams and resolve conflicts.
• Good organizational and reporting skills.
