PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Responsible for eliminating safety incidents, improving package quality, improving equipment efficiency, and developing leadership capability and morale on a production line. 
  • Responsible for developing and executing action plans and utilizing Shift Handoffs, Daily Results Reviews, and Weekly Results Reviews to deliver results.
  • Responsible for developing associates to prevent and solve problems.
  • Responsible for ensuring that company policies, quality procedures and good manufacturing practices (GMPs) including HACCP, NQS, SSOP, FTQ are understood and followed by associates. 
  • Responsible for ensuring that productivity goals are achieved and setting direction for the team to accomplish these goals. 
  • Responsible for performing daily and weekly planning to assure that the scheduling of ingredients, personnel, and products are utilized in the most cost efficient manner. 
  • Responsible for communicating with other shifts any information that might aid the production/EPSU personnel on those shifts. 
  • Responsible for data entry/administration and data accuracy using SAP systems
  • Other duties as assigned

 

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:

  • B.S. Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration or related field preferred
  • TPM experience, CIL experience is preferred.
  • Problem solving and root cause analysis experience is preferred. 

 

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 plus years’ experience as a Production Supervisor or a Production Lead in a manufacturing environment, preferred

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $75,000.00 to $95,000.00 base salary. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
