Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor for a large company based in D 12
This is a Full Time Permanent position and a great opportunity to join a a large team
Main Duties
· Manage production lines to ensure efficient product runs are achieved.
· Ensure the production policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
· Ensure production documentation is completed and kept up to date.
· Ensure recording of production in the system.
· Ensure strict HACCP regulations are adhered to.
· Monitor the cleaning schedule to ensure it is being carried out with attention to detail.
· Ensure product is picked accurately - quantities & weight.
· Ensure production check sheets, sell by dates, labelling, weights are completed accurately for products cut to facilitate traceability.
· Ensure all goods are utilised in the correct rotation by applying FIFO (first in first out) to minimise stock obsolescence.
· Be aware of temperature control in the relevant areas.
· Awareness and adherence to allergen requirements and controls.
· Ensure adherence to metal detection procedure.
· Carry out a stocktake as requested and required.
· Pack products to the required standards.
· Notify the Quality Assurance team of any quality issues as they arise.
Operational Requirements
· Effective communication and working relationships at all levels, escalating issues as appropriate.
· Assign job tasks according to production schedule
· Coach new team members and those who are not meeting their performance goals.
· Attend and contribute to training.
· Respond positively to any reasonable request from a Manager or Customer.
· Promote team working.
· Flexibility to cover similar roles in the business as required.
· Adherence to the Food Safety and Quality Management System.

Pay: From €40,000.00 per year
