About the job

About Nothing

Nothing exists to make tech feel exciting again.

We’re building a different kind of technology company, one that puts design, emotion, and human creativity at the heart of everything we do. From the way our products look and feel to how we communicate and show up in culture, we believe technology should make you feel something.

Founded in London in 2020, we’ve grown from idea to global challenger in just a few years. Backed by GV (Google Ventures), EQT Ventures, and C Ventures, and investors like Tony Fadell (iPod), Casey Neistat, and Kevin Lin (Twitch), we’re now sold in 40+ markets with millions of users worldwide.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. EMS Factory Production Quality Management: Responsible for managing the overall production quality at EMS factories, ensuring the implementation and maintenance of product quality standards during the production process.
  2. Follow-up and Improvement of Quality Issues in New Product Trials: Track and resolve quality issues during new product trial production, while overseeing quality monitoring for mass production.
  3. Fast Resolution and Closure of Major Abnormalities: Coordinate with EMS factories and headquarters to quickly resolve and close major quality abnormalities.
  4. Regular and Unscheduled Audits: Conduct regular quality audits of EMS factories and perform unscheduled quality inspections to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of the quality system.
  5. Implementation and Evaluation of Quality Requirements: Drive the implementation of quality requirements at EMS factories and assess the achievement of these objectives.
  6. Aftermarket Quality Process Improvement: Address and resolve quality issues in the aftermarket and drive improvements in related processes.
Job Requirements:
  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of PQE (Product Quality Engineering) experience in mobile phone assembly, with a good understanding of production and manufacturing quality management processes.
  3. Language Proficiency: With good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in English.
  4. Personal Qualities: Strong adaptability, responsibility, and communication skills, with the ability to drive collaboration and promote the completion of tasks effectively.

Why Nothing

You’ll join a company that still operates like a startup – fast, flat, and creative – but with the scale and ambition of a global challenger. You’ll have freedom to shape the US narrative, visibility at the highest level, and the opportunity to help write the next chapter of one of tech’s most exciting brands.
