We are expanding the Product Operations function and are looking for Product Operations Analysts who can work from 9:30 pm - 6:30 am IST to join our growing team in Bangalore, India.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with client success, technical support and engineering on a daily basis to deliver data, audits and product services directly to clients.
- Lead the investigation of client issues, product bugs and data discrepancies to include troubleshooting, documentation and escalation to the team engineering.
- Initiate clear and concise communication among teams as well as directly with clients. This via Slack, Telegram, email, Salesforce and video call.
- Utilize Web3 wallets, explorers and smart contracts to review, build and check on-chain transactions.
- Assist Product Managers in troubleshooting and testing new features.
- Learn and support other operational roles when needed, primarily, financial settlement operations.
- Tracking tasks as they are worked on by multiple parties across different time zones.
- Use Salesforce and internal web-apps to assist in the onboarding process of new clients. This entails spinning up new accounts, users and permissions in conjunction with the Sales, Legal and Billing departments’ pipelines.

Required:
- 2+ years of experience in operations/analyst roles at fast pace startup environments
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, and SQL
- Problem-solving, especially in the realm of data cleanup and troubleshooting product issues
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and meet deadlines
- Professional client communication (written and verbal)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the blockchain, digital product or financial services industries
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Experience navigating/operating via CLI
- General understanding of how blockchains work
- Experience with Web3 wallets and protocols
