About the Role:
Decagon is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to help build and scale our product marketing function. You’ll shape how we position our products, tell our story, and bring new capabilities to market in one of the fastest-moving categories in AI.
You’ll take on high-impact projects, from crafting messaging and content to executing launches and building the processes that help us scale. You’ll play a key role in positioning Decagon as a category leader, working closely with senior PMM leaders and collaborating across Product, Sales, and Marketing to drive GTM strategy and execution.
We move quickly but hold a high bar for clarity, intellectual rigor, and storytelling. You’re energized by bringing structure to ambiguity, thrive in dynamic environments, and want to grow alongside a high-performing team at the forefront of AI.
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 4-6 years of experience in product marketing at a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI company.
Are a strong writer and communicator, skilled at distilling complexity into clear, compelling narratives for different customer personas.
Have contributed to or led product launches, including messaging and positioning development, customer communications, and cross-functional project management.
Have developed high-impact sales and marketing collateral, such as sales assets, decks, website copy, blogs, and gated content.
Thrive in cross-functional environments, influencing partners across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to drive alignment and execution.
Have a passion for understanding customer needs, staying current on market and competitive trends, and leveraging insights to refine go-to-market strategy.

Are comfortable using data to refine tactics and inform decision-making.
Even better if you:
Bring 1-2 years in management consulting or another strategy-heavy role, with a strong foundation in structured thinking and problem-solving.
Have worked in an early-stage startup, where agility, adaptability, and ownership are key.
