What you’ll do
- Take full ownership of cross-border payment product tasks, including process design, requirement analysis, and product optimization. Experienced in transaction processing, settlement routing, and data declaration for cross-border payments with understanding of PBOC & SAFE policies.
- Manage cross-border products from research and design to launch and iteration. Drive product improvements, ensure seamless launches, and support training with operations teams.
- Work with R&D, Operations, risk control, compliance, and other internal teams to implement products.
- After launch, closely track operational performance and use data analysis to identify customer needs, supporting ongoing product improvement.
- Conduct competitor research and analysis, and consistently carry out product iteration, optimization, and innovation to sustain market competitiveness.
Who you are
- BS degree or above in Engineering, CS, Economics or Finance.
- 3+ years in leading to design and build China PSP’s RMB/FX cross-border payment products and platform
- Skills include demand analysis, project management, product planning, structured logical thinking, solution document writing, communication, and risk management awareness.
- Show responsibility, ownership, teamwork, quick learning, and strong research and analysis skills.
- Have outstanding communication and language expression skills. Professional level in English, both reading and writing
