This role is perfect for someone who thrives on transforming complex data into powerful, high-impact insights. Key Responsibilities: Develop end-to-end Power BI reports integrating multiple data sources (SQL, Power Query). Build and optimise data models for performance, scalability, and simplicity. Create advanced DAX measures for financial, operational, and performance analytics. Design clean, user-friendly dashboards aligned with brand and reporting standards. Perform unit testing, troubleshoot data issues, and validate accuracy. Maintain clear in-line and external documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with stakeholders to support testing, rollout, and adoption of BI solutions. Technical Skills: SQL (Intermediate): Joins, CTEs, subqueries, window functions. Power Query (ETL): Data transformation and automation. Power BI Data Modelling: Star schema design and performance tuning. DAX: Advanced measures, KPIs, and calculated columns.
