The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Financial Services industry, with strong technical expertise in data visualization, analytics, and dashboard development. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Power BI dashboards and reports to support monitoring, operations, and decision-making. Manage and optimize large datasets, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and performance. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate operational and analytical needs into actionable visualizations. Develop and maintain data models, queries, and calculations using Power Query, DAX, and related tools. Integrate data from multiple sources and automate workflows for enhanced reporting efficiency. Apply Python for advanced data manipulation, automation, or integration where applicable. Ensure that all dashboards and reports adhere to design standards and business requirements. Requirements: Proven experience in Power BI development, including dashboard design, data modeling, and performance tuning. Strong proficiency in Power Query, DAX, and Python. Solid understanding of data visualization best practices and analytical storytelling. Experience working with large and complex datasets in a production environment. Prior exposure to Financial Markets, Compliance, or Market Surveillance data is highly advantageous. Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is highly preferred.
