As a Portfolio Manager at Keyper, the role manages and expands a portfolio of landlords and real estate investors to optimize asset performance through strategic advisory and data-driven insights while promoting the Keyper app as the primary platform for property and portfolio management. Core scope includes advising on rental yield optimization, portfolio structuring, and market trends; conducting regular performance reviews of managed properties; developing financial models and projections covering revenue, expenses, and ROI; and serving as the primary advisor to landlords to ensure seamless property management via the platform. The position educates landlords on value appreciation, tenant retention strategies, and market conditions; collaborates with property management teams to drive operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and compliance; and resolves landlord concerns around performance, maintenance, and leasing strategies. Commercial responsibilities include owning a book of high-value landlords and investors for retention and revenue growth, identifying cross-sell/upsell opportunities across the Keyper ecosystem, running routine portfolio reviews with decision-makers, and negotiating contract renewals, upgrades, and pricing. Technology enablement involves acting as a Keyper platform expert, training landlords on property tracking, rental collection, and financial reporting, and channeling user feedback to product and tech. The role continuously tracks real estate market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to refine value propositions and provide data-backed recommendations that improve Keyper’s landlord and investor solutions.
