Primary Purpose of the Job
Required Experience and Skills
Educational Qualifications
Undertake and supervise inspection of static equipment, pipeline and safety relief valves to establish conditions. Carry out review of equipment and material specifications for safe operation of plant equipment.
Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in inspection of pressure containing plant preferably in Refinery, Chemical or Oil & Gas Processing Plants
- Good knowledge in International Codes and Standards related in service inspection of pressure vessels, piping, etc.
- Good knowledge in welding technique, QA/QC procedures and NDT techniques
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Good knowledge and experience about Risk Based Inspection
- Reasonable work experience in SAP system
- Good analytical/creative skills and leadership skills
- Computer literate
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering or in Metallurgy plus corporate membership in appropriate Engineering Institution
- API/ASNT/PCN/CSWIP certification or equivalent.
