The Planning Engineer will develop and manage project schedules, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with project objectives.  

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including project managers and engineers, to ensure project alignment and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and generate progress reports for stakeholders.
• Identify and manage risks related to scheduling and resource allocation.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience 

• In-depth understanding of project planning and scheduling principles.
• Expertise in Primavera P6 software and its application in HV and EHV projects.
• Familiarity with risk management and resource allocation strategies.
• 5-7 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Prior experience with HV and EHV projects is preferred.
• PMP certification or similar qualifications are an added advantage.
