Position Overview

- Tensor networks
- Neural quantum states
The selected candidate will join the research group of Assist. Prof. Bojan ŽunkoviÄ at the Faculty of Computer and Information Science. The group collaborates with experts in machine learning, classical algorithms, and many-body quantum systems, with research topics including: Adiabatic quantum computing, Parametrised quantum circuits, Quantum optimisation, Tensor networks for machine learning, Neural quantum states for many-body quantum systems.
Position Details
- Start Date: Winter 2025
- Duration: Initial contract of two years, with the possibility of a two(or three)-year extension. The PhD is 4 years.
