The Role: * Develop and manage strategic partnerships with leading engineering consultancies and contractors across the UK. * Focus on forging high-value relationships with key stakeholders in consultancy firms (e.g., Gleeds, AECOM). * Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities, predominantly targeting new logos. * Represent the company at industry events, holding the room confidently and promoting thought leadership. * Work closely with senior internal teams to shape go-to-market strategies and partnership initiatives. The Requirements: * 10+ years' experience in commercial or partnership-focused roles within construction, engineering, or related sectors. * Demonstrable track record of building and managing relationships with large consultancies or enterprise clients. * Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders (Commercial Directors, Quantity Surveyors, or equivalent). * Strong understanding of NEC, FIDIC, or CMS contracts highly desirable. * Self-motivated, commercially aware, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence and lead discussions with confidence.
