About the job
• Identify, negotiate, and manage UK partnerships with EPRs, telehealth providers, and other vendors that can embed Heidi into clinician workflows.
• Develop partnerships that drive qualified top-of-funnel demand or bring warm leads into the UK commercial pipeline.
• Collaborate with technology partners to enhance Heidi’s product offering and ensure interoperability within NHS digital environments.
• Work with partners on joint marketing, co-selling, and integration plans to accelerate adoption.
• Monitor and report on partner performance, using data to prioritise high-impact activity.
• Coordinate closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success to align partnerships with UK go-to-market objectives.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in partner management, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally in SaaS or HealthTech with exposure to UK healthcare systems.
- Demonstrated success in building partnerships that deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
- Skilled at navigating procurement and integration conversations with senior NHS and vendor stakeholders.
- Commercially sharp, highly autonomous, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-trust environment.
- Able to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Work authorization to work in the UK; applicants must state whether they require sponsorship.
