We’re looking for a results-driven, detail-loving digital marketer with a strong handle on paid social, PPC management and strategy. If you’re a paid specialist who also loves SEO, that’s no issue, this agency are super supportive with training, mentoring and developing their staff and will happily support you across both paid and SEO.  If you’d rather just focus on paid, that’s fine too – we’d love to hear from you!

The Role

You’ll deliver high-performing paid media campaigns across search, social, shopping and display. From crafting compelling ad copy to digging into performance data, you’ll play a key role in planning, building, optimising, and reporting on campaigns that actually drive results.

You’ll work closely with clients to understand their goals, shape strategies that align with them, and confidently manage relationships through clear, regular communication. You’ll also collaborate with designers, developers and analysts to bring big ideas to life — and make sure every campaign runs like clockwork.

This is a hands-on, fast-moving role where curiosity, commercial awareness and creative thinking are all equally important.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns (PPC and/or paid social) — ideally across multiple platforms
  • Confidence using Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other major tools like LinkedIn, Pinterest or Microsoft Ads
  • A strong understanding of campaign setup, targeting, conversion tracking, and performance optimisation
  • Great communication and relationship-building skills — you can talk strategy and results with clients clearly and persuasively
  • Excellent time management — you’re comfortable juggling multiple projects without missing a beat
  • A keen eye for detail and a mindset that’s always looking for ways to improve
  • Bonus points for experience with CMS platforms (like WordPress or Shopify), Photoshop, or ad platforms like TikTok, Amazon or Snapchat.
