Wieland is hiring an Oracle ERP Developer. The Oracle ERP Developer will be responsibile for supporting all Wieland business units and ERP modules, with emphasis on discrete inventory product line enhancements.  This role will lead in the design, development, customization and implementation of ERP modules, that make up the Wieland ERP business systems.  Interfaces will include standard forms, web forms, and mobile development.  A strong understanding of personal computers, networks, mobile devices, programming languages, and database systems, along with their interaction with one another is critical for success in this role.

This role will be fully remote. 

Oracle ERP Developer Responsibilities:

• Solicits user input for program needs, objectives, functions, features, and input and output requirements, analyzes, defines, and documents requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, and interfaces with other systems.
• Develop and maintain plans outlining steps and timetables for developing programs, designs and codes screen layouts, graphical user interfaces, printed outputs, and external interfaces
• Writes and maintains program development, coding, testing, changes, corrections, installation and operating procedures provides technical assistance by responding to inquiries from others regarding errors, issues, or questions about programs.
• Create new ways of approaching problems and developing innovative applications along with problem solving issues that come up, resulting in solutions that move the project forward.
• Administer and provide technical leadership and assistance for Maximo, Oracle EBS, and technology products.

Oracle ERP Developer Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer technology
• 3 to 5 years of Oracle software development experience preferred
• Experience with the following products and services is preferred: SAP plant maintenance
• VB & C++, XML & XSL, Java & JSP, as well as HTML & JavaScript are a plus
