Oracle Developer

Maintains and recommends enhancements to existing business applications to cope with newly discovered faults and requirements.  Designs applications that fulfill the agreed on requirements, upon the approval of business analyst and IT management.  Held responsible for the implementation of new system features according to business needs and software capabilities.  Implements, tests and documentsthe internal design of applications for the purpose of future maintenance and upgrades, as per IT standards and Support IT department in any other task/Project as needed.  Maintains up-to-date knowledge base of the most common system problems and solutions.  Participates in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders and ensures high-quality end-user support services are offered at all times.  Handles incidents and problem resolution processes.  Expert in Oracle 11g Database Development (SQL & PL/SQL), TOAD.  Has good level of information security awareness and IT business analysis Requirements University degree preferably in Computer Science.  At least 3 years of experience within the same position.  In depth technical working experience in critical business application development.  Knowledge of the insurance industry is an asset.  High Development Skills.  Must be excellent in written & spoken English and Arabic languages.  High training skills and able to organize and run meetings, trainings, and similar to successfully reach a common goal
