Overview

We are seeking skilled Oracle Developers to join our forward-thinking team. You'll collaborate closely with our Product, Architecture, and Quality Assurance teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Oracle Forms and Report applications
  • Interpret and implement functional requirements and technical design documents
  • Participate in collaborative software design activities
  • Perform coding based on detailed design specifications
  • Conduct thorough unit and functional testing, and work alongside our Quality Assurance team to ensure smooth delivery
  • Investigate, analyze, and resolve reported defects effectively
  • Develop and implement detailed unit test plans and scripts
  • Provide expert customer support as needed

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial software development
  • Prior experience with Oracle Forms in the insurance domain or a similar role is a plus
  • Proficiency in Oracle Forms/Reports
  • Strong knowledge of PL/SQL
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, streamlined development process
