The ideal candidate will be highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in transportation or logistics.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience overseeing departments in customer support, tech support, service delivery, and warehousing driving continuous improvements.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategies to optimise the organization's operational efficiency and effectiveness.
· Manage day-to-day operations, including planning, organising, and controlling activities within the organisation.
· Oversee customer support, tech support, service delivery, and warehousing departments including container depot to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products and services.
· Establish and maintain relationships with staff and key stakeholders, vendors, customers, and other business partners.
· Analyse operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
· Monitor and manage budgets, including identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or a related field.
