CentiMark Ltd is looking for a full time Operations Manager to join our team. For over 25 years, CentiMark ltd has been growing its operation through Canada as well as its workforce. We are looking for reliable and motivate individuals for a rewarding career in the commercial roofing industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Recruiting and retaining qualified workers
- Ensuring complete and thorough inspections of the job site before and after the project is completed
- Addressing any and all problems that may arise during the course of the installation.
- Ensure customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
- 5-10 Years roofing or equivalent general construction experience required.
- Problem solving skills,
- Ability to manage and motivate,
- Knowledge of roofing materials and applications,
- A valid driver’s license
- Previous roofing/construction business operations management experience preferred
- A comprehensive understanding of the roofing industry is preferred.
- Experience with: EPDM, TPO, BUR, Modified and METAL a plus!
