Join Workwize as a Warehouse Management & Expansion Specialist and play a pivotal role in scaling our warehousing operations globally.
As part of our Operations team, you will lead the opening of new warehouse locations worldwide, manage current facilities and the relationship with our 3rd Party Logistics providers, and define scalable processes that ensure long-term efficiency. This role demands a data-driven mindset, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse Operations Management:
- Oversee the performance and operational efficiency of current warehouse locations.
- Identify and implement improvements to maximise productivity and reduce costs.
- Global Expansion:
- Lead the end-to-end process of opening new warehouse locations globally, from planning to execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new facilities into existing operations.
- Process Development, Optimisation and Documentation:
- Define, document, and refine workflows to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
- Create training materials to support the adoption of new processes across teams.
- Analyse and manipulate data to identify trends, correct errors, and optimise warehouse performance.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Engineering or in Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2 – 3 years of experience in operations, project management, or logistics (internship experience considered). Engineering profiles are also welcomed!
- Proficiency in data analysis and tools like Excel, Tableau, or other analytics platforms.
