Scope of Work
Each resource will act as a seller onboarding & operations associate with focus areas split across cataloging, seller engagement, and order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Cataloging & Product Content
- Draft product descriptions and attribute mapping as per ONDC schema.
- Review and validate image quality; flag gaps and assist sellers in corrections.
- Maintain catalog scoring and readiness tracker.
- Seller Profiling & Inventory Support
- Collect and validate seller details (MSME/FPO certification, product line).
- Support sellers in basic pricing strategy and inventory updates.
- Ensure product visibility and catalog hygiene on Buyer Apps.
- Order Fulfillment Support
- Monitor order flow from confirmation to delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely pickup and delivery.
- Track seller cancellations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain weekly dashboards for onboarding progress and catalog health.
- Escalate recurring issues (catalog rejection, cancellations, TAT delays).
- Handhold sellers on operational processes until self-sufficient.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, catalog management, or seller onboarding (marketplace or aggregator).
- Strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel, catalog CMS tools.
- Familiarity with e-commerce product taxonomy and seller operations.
- Good communication skills (regional language knowledge a plus).
