About You
At Coinflow, you’ll be joining early—where your work won’t just support operations, but will directly shape how we scale in real-time payments and Web3. If you want to own big responsibilities in building the backbone of compliant fintech infrastructure, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end deals → draft, edit, and review partner agreements and MSAs to ensure deal execution
- Drive partner and merchant communication → coordinate daily with partners, merchants, and internal teams to keep deals moving efficiently and decrease follow-up gaps
- Optimize workflows → proactively identify areas for improvement and help support initiatives to enhance processes and operational efficiency
- Facilitate partner-merchant collaboration → ensure smooth communication and alignment between partners and merchants
- Build credibility and trust → establish strong, lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Handle ad-hoc initiatives → manage ad-hoc projects/asks ranging from data analysis, sales calls, documentation creation, etc.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a detail-oriented mindset
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the flexibility to adapt in a fast-changing environment
- Ability to work effectively with compliance, risk, and operations teams
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, payments, or Web3 environments
- Knowledge of the sales lifecycle or deal management
- Experience in Google Sheets, MongoDB, and/or automation tools
