We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Cash and Trade Processing Analyst - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Cash and Trade Proc Analyst2 – C10) based in Hong Kong. In this role, you’re expected to:
- Perform reconciliation, risk and control checks for all banking transactions; ensuring that it is in compliance with Citi policies and procedures while meeting the regulatory requirement.
- Conduct callbacks to clients for verification and confirmation of high-value transactions.
- Perform pre-processing control checks for all fund transfer transactions
- Escalate the exceptions and ensure proper approvals obtained and on time.
- Assist in implementing measures and process improvements to increase productivity and ensure its quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve processing issues and improve efficiency.
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
- 1-3 years of experience in a related role
- Relevant Degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
