We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Office Manager to support our Utah operations. You’ll play a key role in keeping our workspace organized, welcoming, and efficient—helping our people focus on what they do best.

This is a part-time, on-site position (24 hours per week, Tuesday to Thursday) based in Lehi, Utah

Day in the Life

Office Operations & Facilities

  • Oversee daily office operations to maintain a professional, well-functioning, and positive environment
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate office maintenance, deliveries, and service providers
  • Serve as the main point of contact for building management and facility needs

Administrative Support

  • Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and correspondence
  • Support scheduling, travel coordination, and expense tracking as needed
  • Manage office records, contracts, and documentation in coordination with HQ
  • Assist with procurement and invoice processing

People & Culture

  • Support employee onboarding logistics (workspace setup, access, welcome coordination).
  • Partner with HR and Operations to maintain attendance and compliance documentation.
  • Help plan and execute team events and engagement activities.
  • Foster a friendly, organized, and inclusive office culture.

Finance & Compliance

  • Track office-related expenses and assist with monthly reporting.
  • Coordinate with Finance for purchase orders, reimbursements, and vendor payments.
    Ensure adherence to local health, safety, and employment requirements.

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of experience in office administration, operations, or facilities management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
  • Reliable, approachable, and proactive
  • Located in Utah and available to work on-site Tuesday–Thursday

Salary Range

In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role is between $20 - 25 per hour in Utah. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
