Job Title: Office Manager
 

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an Office Manager to join our client to oversee daily office operations, maintain an organized and professional workspace, and provide executive-level support to ensure smooth business functions. This role is onsite in the King of Prussia, PA area and offers a direct-hire opportunity. The Office Manager will play a vital part in creating a positive office culture, coordinating internal and external meetings, and serving as the primary point of contact for staff, visitors, and vendors. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises strong judgment, and takes initiative to keep operations running seamlessly.
 

Compensation:
$65,000 – $75,000 annually, with bonus opportunities
 

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, standard business hours
 

Key Responsibilities of the Office Manager:
• Oversee front desk and general office operations, ensuring a polished, professional, and welcoming environment for employees and guests.
• Serve as the main liaison between internal teams, leadership, and vendors to coordinate facilities maintenance, supplies, catering, and event logistics.
• Prepare conference rooms and meeting spaces for executive and client gatherings, ensuring technology, materials, and hospitality needs are met.
• Maintain office security and safety compliance by monitoring visitor access, enforcing protocols, and addressing any issues promptly.
• Support company events and communications, partnering with HR and leadership on office announcements, employee engagement activities, and meeting coordination.
• Anticipate office needs, proactively identifying opportunities to improve organization, efficiency, and employee experience.
 

Qualifications and Skills for the Office Manager:
• 3–5 years of experience in office management, facilities coordination, or executive administrative support.
• Proven ability to make sound, timely decisions and handle escalations with professionalism.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to interact confidently with executives and clients.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook); comfortable troubleshooting meeting technology.
• Dependable, proactive, and able to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• A degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience is valued.
