About the job
We are seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our nonprofit team. This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, assisting staff, and helping the organization achieve its mission.
Provide general administrative support to staff and leadership.
Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors.
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and prepare meeting materials.
Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
Support donor management, event coordination, and community outreach activities as needed.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Perform other administrative duties to support organizational goals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college
- Prior administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
