Job Overview: The Multimedia Specialist is responsible for creating, editing, and managing engaging multimedia content to support the organization’s marketing, communication, and branding goals. This role combines creativity with technical expertise to produce videos, graphics, animations, and digital assets for websites, social media, presentations, and campaigns.

As Multimedia Specialist you will:

  • Design, produce, and edit high-quality multimedia content, including videos, graphics, motion graphics, animations, photography, and interactive media.
  • Ensure all multimedia content aligns with brand identity, tone, and visual guidelines
  • Plan, shoot, and edit videos for marketing campaigns, events, internal communications, and digital platforms.
  • Create visually compelling assets for digital and print media—social media posts, banners, infographics, and presentations.
  • Develop short animations, explainer videos, or motion graphics to enhance storytelling.
  • Organize, archive, and maintain a library of multimedia materials for easy access and reuse.
  • Work closely with the marketing, communications, and product teams to conceptualize and execute creative projects.
  • Stay updated on emerging multimedia tools, software, and design trends to continuously improve content quality and innovation

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Have a strong artistic sense, the ability to see a project from concept to final execution and be capable of working both independently and within a team.
  • 2–5 years of experience in multimedia design, content creation, or digital media production
  • Proven experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition) or similar tools.
  • Experience with video editing, animation, and motion graphics.
  • Experience in project management, workflow organization, or video scriptwriting will be a plus.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
  • Knowledge of photography, lighting, and sound editing is a plus.
  • Experience with 3D modeling, AR/VR content, or interactive media.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to feedback.
