Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Production:

• Develop and produce high-quality multimedia content, including videos, animations, graphics, infographics, podcasts, and other engaging formats, for various platforms (website, social media, presentations, etc.).
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and storyboards that align with Acclinate's brand and messaging.
• Film, edit, and produce video content, ensuring high production value and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Design and create visually appealing graphics and animations for various applications.
• Manage and maintain a multimedia content library, ensuring easy access and organization.

Brand Building & Storytelling:

• Contribute to the development and execution of Acclinate's brand strategy, focusing on visual storytelling and impactful messaging.
• Capture and amplify stories of impact from the NOWINCLUDED community, showcasing the positive changes being made in Black lives.
• Support public relations (PR) initiatives by creating multimedia assets that complement media outreach, press releases, and campaigns.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all multimedia content.
• Collaborate with the communications team to promote multimedia content and maximize reach.

Digital Engagement & Optimization:

• Optimize multimedia content for various digital platforms, including social media, website, and email marketing.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in multimedia production and digital marketing.
• Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of multimedia content and make recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

• Work closely with the marketing, communications, and program teams to understand project needs and develop effective multimedia solutions.
• Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed.
• Travel across Acclinate’s activated metro areas to capture authentic Stage 0 content, ensuring real-time storytelling and community engagement.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of experience engaging and growing community; preference for those with in-person engagement and/or capacity-building experience
• Proven success in community engagement, outreach, or a related role within communities of color
• Passion for culturally relevant storytelling
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact with community members and leaders to capture their health stories and perspectives
• A natural go-getter with a proactive mentality
• Superior organizational skills with a proven ability to manage competing priorities
• Eager to meet the community where they are even if it includes some weekends and evenings
• Willingness to travel domestically 80-100% of the time
