We are currently seeking an Mechanical Co-op - Spring 2026 to join our team in Toledo, OH or Nashville, TN. This is a full-time Spring Co-op rotation onsite role requiring daily presence at our Toledo or Nashville office. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this position.
Responsibilities
The following duties are typical of the position, but are not all encompassing. Each person is expected to help out in whatever duties are required to deliver a quality product on schedule and within budget in a team environment.
- Performs assigned tasks under close supervision of Department Manager or designee. Receives specific and detailed instruction.
- Learns and uses department standards, methods, and procedures respective to field of study.
- Meets various deadlines on daily duties or special projects as assigned by DM or designee.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Valid driver's license required. May be waived for international assignments.
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in a two or four year college degree program.
- Second or third academic year preferred.
- Demonstrated organizational skills.
Salary range: $19-$23 per hour depending on year in school.
