We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic Marketing Manager who wants to:

  • Do global marketing, from NZ: with a focus on the US market and enterprise-level clients.
  • Demonstrate mastery of ABM: you’ll lead account-based programs that connect directly with our most valuable customers.
  • Work alongside a powerhouse in-market sales team: and see your campaigns drive real pipeline results.
  • Experiment, test and learn: you’ll have the freedom to trial new channels, ideas and creative approaches.
  • Shape a success story: join a Kiwi SaaS business making its mark globally while staying proudly people-first.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll lead the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns that turn insight into measurable impact. From paid digital and in-market events to ABM and automation, you’ll use your HubSpot expertise and marketing nous to generate leads, nurture prospects, and measure success.

You’ll work closely with our VP of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align on priorities and enjoy the backing of a supportive, collaborative, and values-driven culture.


You’ll thrive here if you

  • Love translating data and insight into creative campaign strategy.
  • Have a black belt in HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and performance reporting dashboards.
  • Are curious, proactive, and not afraid to test and iterate.

  • Previous SaaS experience in scale up
  • Demonstrable experience in ABM campaign management
  • Commercial and data nous
