Great Day Improvements - Marketing Analyst
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on all marketing performance to ensure data-driven decision-making at the executive level. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of marketing knowledge, financial acumen, and technical expertise to help optimize our marketing investments and drive profitable growth.
Location: Must live in the United States on the East Coast.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for tracking and reporting all marketing performance and activity daily while communicating it to executive team members in a clear and concise manner
- Analyzes all marketing channels and identifies risks as well as potential opportunities on a weekly basis to drive the most profitable marketing mix, including prospects, conversion, close and MC% analysis and observations
- Developed and maintained C level facing marketing reports such as the “Flash Report”
- Identifies areas to throttle up or down based on branch level performance, responsible for creating full funnel metrics to determine profitability line
- Participated in annual, monthly, and weekly planning
- Consistently runs financial models when onboarding new partners and builds a profitable cost structure that is enticing to both parties
- Works closely with FP&A to ensure accuracy and streamline the process of data and performance reporting
- Daily ad hoc performance requests from the executive team such as but not limited to; monthly projections, full funnel evaluations, historical comparisons, profit analysis, and DM analysis
- Partners with the data team to ensure LeafGuard data is properly displayed in reporting tools such as marketing grid, Power BI and Tableau
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Analytical Expertise: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets, perform profitability analysis, and build financial models to support decision-making.
Technical Skills: Proficient in reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Marketing Grid, Excel/Google Sheets with advanced formulas & pivot tables).
Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of marketing funnels, conversion metrics, ROI analysis, and multi-channel performance tracking.
Financial Acumen: Experience working with FP&A teams to align reporting with financial goals and ensure accuracy in forecasting.
Communication: Skilled at delivering clear, concise, executive-level reports and insights to drive strategic decisions.
Business Planning: Experience supporting annual, monthly, and weekly planning cycles with data-driven recommendations.
Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify risks and opportunities across marketing channels and recommend actionable solutions.
Collaboration: Comfortable partnering with cross-functional teams, including data science, finance, and marketing leadership.
Adaptability: Ability to manage daily ad hoc requests, balance multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
