We are seeking a results-driven Manufacturing Supervisor to lead production operations in a fast-paced, safety-focused manufacturing environment. Requirements/Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to meet production goals in safety, quality, and efficiency.
Lead, coach, and develop production team members to maximize performance and engagement.
Monitor production schedules and workflow to ensure timely completion of customer orders.
Maintain high standards of product quality through process monitoring and corrective actions.
Promote and enforce compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and safety procedures.
Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as output, downtime, and scrap rates.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, optimize resources, and enhance productivity.
Manage shift handovers and maintain clear communication between departments and leadership.
Qualifications
3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (preferred).
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Working knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies (a plus).
Proficiency with production reporting systems, ERP software, or Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support production schedules.
