Execute Manufacturing Process for Final Assembly according to ALV SW Standard. 1. Responsible for Manufacturing Process Final Assembly Line Set-up for New Programs, Serial Programs-Engineering Changes and other Process improvement Initiatives. 2. Supports Global and Regional Final Assembly team in the evaluation and development of Manufacturing Processes including Process Automation. 3. Supports Local Process and Equipment Authority (Final Assembly) in the implementation of 1P1P Initiatives and Projects. 4. Participates in New program Line Design Workshop. Provide Line set-up Plan according to Customer Demand/Requirement and Customer Takt Time. 5. Collaborates with Design Engineering in support of the New programs and Serial programs Engineering Changes or improvements. 6. Responsible in the implementation and compliance of Final Assembly CPS MPS. 7. Support in the generation of MES (Machine Equipment Specifications). 8. Responsible in the generation and maintenance of Process Flow and PFMEA according to ALV Standards and guidelines. 9. Responsible in the generation and maintenance of Standard Work Instructions (P1) according to ALV Standards and guidelines. 10. Responsible in Line Balancing to meet required Customer Demand/Requirements. 11. Responsible in Line Capacity Study to support volume fluctuations and Engineering changes.
