The Role Our Managing Director (Maternity Leave Cover) will be leading our North America based team, who work with our clients to deliver work across the region. You’ll be responsible for managing and motivating the team to lead on delivering our current pipeline of work across our range of clients, and also you’ll be key in nurturing new and existing relationships to grow the business in the region. Key to the success in this role is being part of the global leadership team for the business, helping to shape up a consistent, global offering across all parts of the business. You’ll be reporting directly to the Global CEO. How you will Make Your Mark Implementing our strategic vision for the business in the region Maintaining and developing the strong existing client relationships Grow the client base Managing and motivating a talented to team to make their mark Driving the agency's revenue and managing the PnL to ensure office profitability Ensure that the quality of our work is world class Stay up-to-date on the latest AI marketing trends and technologies Work with the global team to share learnings, finding and client insights What you will bring to Make Your Mark Extensive experience in the marketing industry, particularly B2B and cloud Proven track record of success in leading and managing a team of marketing professionals Strong strategic thinking and planning skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Deep understanding of the agency landscape Passion for and creativity and results driven performance Strong business development skills with a track record of scaling businesses and driving growth Financial Reporting with P&L responsibility Experience in New Product Development Inspire, Mentor, and Develop individuals Talent Acquisition and Retention Culture of Ambition and Continuous Learning Regional Coaching and Mentorship Benefits This role is offered as a 3-4 month maternity cover contract.
