Responsibilities:
-Management Trainee will get a flavour of different aspects of business as he/she will get hands on experience in marketing, product and operations.
-Working with cross-functional teams like program management, product management, software development, human resource/ talent acquisition to achieve organizational goals.
-Create synergy, possess assertiveness, achieve team cohesion, while integrating and aligning business initiatives.
-Maintain regular communication with team and stakeholders, ensuring all parties have accurate and current information. -Contribute your ideas and best practices to be leveraged by your peers in the different team.
-Work closely with senior management to understand business requirements.
