We are seeking a talented Management Accountant to join our team at Lineage in Whakatu Hawkes Bay. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality financial analysis and management reporting to support the strategic decision-making of the business.
What you'll be doing
Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, KPI’s and Metrics.
Analyse financial data and provide insightful recommendations to the management team
Assist with the annual budgeting and forecasting process
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the finance function
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial support and guidance
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
What we're looking for
Qualified accountant (CA, CPA or equivalent) with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a management accounting or commercial finance role
Proficient in financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment would be an advantage
Proficient in the use of financial software and Microsoft Office applications
