Our client, a global leader in supply chain and logistics solutions, is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to take ownership of end-to-end management reporting and analysis for its Johannesburg South operations.

You’ll play a key role in driving operational efficiency, supporting strategic decision-making, and delivering accurate, meaningful insights that empower business performance. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly professional, ideal for a finance expert who loves rolling up their sleeves and adding real value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
• Deliver variance analysis and cost performance insights across multiple business units.
• Partner with operations to drive profitability and streamline processes.
• Support commercial and strategic decision-making with financial modelling and business cases.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial standards, and audit requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, reporting accuracy, and automation.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance (CIMA or equivalent preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years solid experience in management accounting, preferably within logistics, transport, or supply chain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to influence and advise operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP / Sage / similar).
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
