💥 Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift)

💰 Pay Range: $23.50 - $30.96/hour
📍 Location: Minonk, IL
💼 Position classification based on experience & pre-employment test results

🔹 What You’ll Do:

✔ Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery, equipment, and facility systems
✔ Troubleshoot 3-phase power (480V), low-voltage circuits, and PLC systems (PLC troubleshooting a plus)
✔ Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure machine uptime and safety
✔ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
✔ Work independently while collaborating with the team to meet production goals
✔ Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure work environment

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

✅ High School Diploma required; technical certification in multi-craft maintenance preferred
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic/Technician in a manufacturing setting
✅ Strong skills in electrical troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
✅ Service mindset, teamwork, and strong communication skills
✅ Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision

🔹 Physical Requirements:

✔ Frequent climbing, bending, and twisting
✔ Ability to lift 55 lbs regularly and 80 lbs occasionally
