Maintenance Technician

Ensures that quality levels and industry standards are maintained or improved in the manufacturing process. Evaluates mechanical products to determine their cost-effectiveness and efficiency. Designs and scales up manufacturing processes, instruments and equipment, and tests manufactured products to maintain quality. Analyses and develops solutions to engineering problems related to manufacturing equipment and systems or the causes of component failures. Develops and applies engineering standards and procedures, and provides advice on issues within the engineering field. Responsible for self capability development on assigned equipment Perform PM tasks (Preventive Maintenance, BDA) based on the required schedule or requirement on the assigned equipment Support on AM tasks (equipment defect resolution, equipment inspection and lubrication, equipment skills transfer to operators)
