We're hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead, teach, and manage our team at our local manufacturing facility. This is a crucial leadership role focusing on maximizing uptime, improving Preventative Maintenance (PM), and driving continuous improvement through lean techniques. What You'll Do:
Lead and develop the maintenance technician team.
Improve and manage the PM system using CMMS to reduce downtime.
Manage parts inventory (min/max system).
Serve as the primary technical troubleshooting resource.
Manage maintenance budget, projects, and outside contractors.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years managing a maintenance team for a manufacturing facility.
Strong working knowledge of OSHA (19.10/19.26) and NFPA Code.
Strong understanding of PLC Theory.
