As a Lead Engineer – Generative AI & ML, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions, with a focus on generative AI technologies. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and work closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex data and automation challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable Generative AI and ML solutions to enhance our data analytics and automation platform.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models — from data collection, preprocessing, and feature engineering to model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets, ensuring high data quality and effective feature engineering.
• Implement and optimize Generative AI and ML models using Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, LangChain, LangSmith, and LangGraph.
• Leverage retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques for enhanced AI performance.
• Deploy models using MLOps best practices, including containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to align AI/ML initiatives with business goals.
• Stay updated on advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and ML technologies, proactively identifying opportunities to leverage new tools and techniques.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment while contributing to AI/ML development best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, with strong proficiency in Python.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), deep learning, NLP, and traditional ML techniques.
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks including TensorFlow, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Keras.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and big data technologies like Spark and Hadoop is a plus.
• Experience with MLOps, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and building CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML workflows.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working in agile development environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
