As a Data Scientist Lead, your responsibilities include:
• Leading and mentoring a team of Data and AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Full responsibility for developing and implementing advanced machine learning models, and translating business objectives into actionable data-driven solutions, while also mentoring junior team members and staying current with industry trends

All you need is...
The ideal candidate for the Lead Data Scientist has:
• A Master’s or Ph.D. in Machine Learning and Computer Science or related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in AI/ML roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• A strong technical background in machine learning, deep learning, and data science.
• A proven track record of successfully delivering AI products and production environment.
• Expertise in Python, Spark, SQL and popular ML frameworks.
- Deep expertise in machine learning, including LLMs and their surrounding infrastructure, tooling, and deployment pipelines.
• Experience on data platform like Databrick, SageMaker etc
• A strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with the talent to inspire and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
