🏛️ Organization Overview
Hyderabad Institute for Technology & Management Sciences (HITMS), under the HEC-approved project "Establishment of Federal Institute at Hyderabad", has announced multiple faculty positions for qualified candidates. These are contract-based positions for 2 years and offer an excellent opportunity for experienced academicians and researchers to join one of Sindh’s emerging higher education institutions.
📚 Available Positions at HITMS
1️⃣ Associate Professor (BPS-20) – As per HEC Policy
Number of Posts: 02

Eligibility Criteria:
-
Qualification: PhD in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution (no 3rd Division in academic career).

Experience:
-
10 years of teaching/research experience in a recognized university or higher education institution, or
-
10 years of professional experience in the relevant field (with at least 5 years teaching experience).

Research Publications: Minimum 10 publications (4 in the last 5 years) in HEC-recognized journals.

Candidates with experience in OBE, curriculum development, and accreditation will be preferred.
2️⃣ Assistant Professor (BPS-19) – As per HEC Policy

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: PhD in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized higher education institution.

3️⃣ Lecturer (BPS-18) – As per HEC Policy

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Master’s Degree (18 years of education) with at least 3.0 CGPA (First Class) from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience: 1–2 years of teaching or research experience preferred.
