💼 Available Positions
1. Director – Information Technology / CIO (BPS-20)
Eligibility:
-
PhD (preferred) or Master’s degree (18 years) in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, MIS, or related fields from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience: Minimum 10 years in ICT management, including leadership roles in digital transformation, ERP, or infrastructure projects.
Scope of Work:
Lead the university’s ICT systems, digital transformation strategy, cybersecurity, ERP systems, and governance frameworks.
2. Director – Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) (BPS-20)
Eligibility:
-
PhD/MPhil/Master’s (18 years) from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience: At least 10 years, including 5 years in quality assurance or higher education policy.
Responsibilities:
Develop, monitor, and implement quality assurance mechanisms for teaching, research, and learning processes at the university.
3. Director – ORIC (Office of Research, Innovation & Commercialization) (BPS-20)
Eligibility:

PhD/MPhil (18 years) education from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience: Minimum 10 years, including 5 years in research management, innovation, or commercialization.
Responsibilities:
Promote research culture, manage grants and innovation, establish industry linkages, and support commercialization of research.
4. Director – Planning & Development (BPS-20)
Eligibility:

PhD or Master’s (18 years) in Planning, Management Sciences, Economics, or Public Administration.

Experience: 10 years post-qualification experience with expertise in project management and budgeting.
Responsibilities:
Lead strategic planning, manage development projects, and ensure transparency in financial and operational activities.
5. Director – Works & Services (BPS-20)
Eligibility:

MS in Civil Engineering or Bachelor’s in Civil/Infrastructure Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience: 10 years in civil maintenance, construction, or infrastructure management.
Responsibilities:
Oversee campus construction projects, maintenance systems, and ensure regulatory compliance.
6. Director – Human Resources (BPS-20)
Eligibility:

PhD or MBA/MPhil (18 years) in HRM, Business Administration, or Management Sciences.

Experience: Minimum 10 years in HR policy, recruitment, and performance management.
Responsibilities:
Develop HR strategies, implement performance frameworks, and manage recruitment aligned with HEC and KMU policies.
