KP665 - Full-Time Nanny/Infant Care Specialist - Brooklyn, NYC

Overview

A warm, kind family based in Brooklyn, NYC, is seeking a superlative nanny/infant care specialist for their 5-year-old and newborn twins starting mid-August, when the twins are due. The schedule will be 8am-6pm Monday through Friday. This role is open to both live-in and live-out candidates.

Responsibilities

• The primary focus will always be the care and well-being of the twins and the toddler
• Candidates should be comfortable tag-teaming with mom and pitching-in wherever required, which may extend to throwing a laundry load on, ordering groceries etc. (there is a Housekeeper so no deep cleaning will ever be requested)
• One parent works in an industry that means they have to pivot sometimes, so flexibility is appreciated
• Domestic and international travel are both possible, so candidates should be passport ready.

Qualifications

• The family are ideally seeking longevity in previous roles and a minimum 1-year commitment
• Previous twins/ multiples experience is preferred
• Sterling and verifiable references
• 8+ years’ experience
• Candidates must be CPR certified
• Up to date on Flu/RSV/TDap and MMR vaccinations

Requirements

• The family have a dog, so candidates should be pet friendly and willing to let him outside/feed him if this is overlooked for whatever reason
• US passport, Green Card or EAC 
• Passport ready and willing to travel domestically and internationally
• The ability to drive is helpful, but not essential
• The family have requested that all candidates be non-smokers
• Available to start mid-August 2025

Salary and Benefits

• $40-$45+ per hour + all industry standard benefits
