KO586 - ASAP TEMP Nanny - Upper East Side, NY

Overview

A busy family on the Upper East Side is in search of an ASAP temporary nanny. The role starts Monday, August 18th, and ends August 22nd, with a daily schedule of 8am until 5pm. The family has a 2-year-old girl and a 2-month-old boy. The baby has a Newborn Care Specialist, so the care is primarily for the 2-year-old.  Please do not apply unless you can start on Monday (8/18). 

Responsibilities

• Working well with another caregiver 
• Always ensuring the safety and well-being of the children
• All aspects of full-charge care, including meal planning, prep, feeding, bathing, and diapering 
• Adhere to schedules and household systems
• Provide a nurturing and stimulating environment while maintaining structure and boundaries

Qualifications

• Open and flexible schedule 
• Warm, nurturing, and kind demeanor
• Understanding of infant development and ability to recognize and respond to needs
• Dependable, trustworthy, and professional
• Ability to work intuitively and collaboratively with the family

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with young children
• CPR and First Aid certified
• Up-to-date on all vaccines (COVID, RSV, TDap, Flu)
• Excellent references
• Legally authorized to work in the US
• MUST be able to work next week 

Salary and Benefits

• $45 per hr
